Refunds and billing

A clear path when a purchase did not work out.

Tell us what happened and we will review the purchase with the context of your account, plan, and practice history.

Have the purchase details ready

Include the account email, plan name, and approximate purchase date from your receipt.

Explain what went wrong

A short description helps us understand whether the issue was a duplicate charge, a technical problem, or a change of plans.

Keep your practice history

Your recorded takes and feedback remain part of your account while we review the request.

Request a review
We look at each request individually. Contact us before making a second purchase so we can resolve the right issue first.
Email support

Include your receipt or the last four digits of the charge. Do not send full card details.

What happens next

  1. We confirm the account and purchase.
  2. We review remaining credits and any service issue.
  3. We reply with the decision and next steps.

Common billing questions

The short version of how ClearTake plans behave after purchase.

Can I cancel a recurring plan?

Yes. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. A cancellation does not automatically submit a refund request for a previous charge.

What happens to unused practice credits?

We check the credit type and its usage when reviewing a request. Practice Pack credits do not expire, while Intro Pass access is limited to its 14-day window and is available once for new users.

Was I charged twice?

Send both charge dates or receipt references in your message. Duplicate charges are easier to identify when they are reported before another purchase.
