A simple agreement for a focused practice.
These terms explain what ClearTake provides, what you can expect from the practice loop, and the responsibilities that come with using it.

Using ClearTake
ClearTake is a short audio rehearsal tool. You choose a speaking scenario and one goal, record a take, review focused feedback, and decide whether to try the same idea again.
By using ClearTake, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, keeping your sign-in method secure, and activity that happens through your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your location.
If you start with an anonymous account, your practice records are still associated with that account. When you link a supported sign-in method, those records may move to your new account so you can keep your history.
Your content
You keep ownership of the topics, recordings, transcripts, and other material you provide. You give ClearTake a limited permission to host, transmit, transcribe, analyze, display, and store that material only as needed to operate and support the service.
You may use ClearTake only with content you have the right to record and process. Do not record another person without any consent that local law requires.
Feedback and its limits
ClearTake feedback is generated from your selected goal, transcript, and available timing data. It is intended as a practice aid, not as a guarantee of speaking performance or an assessment by a human coach.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Check important facts yourself and use your judgment before publishing a recording, making a professional decision, or relying on feedback as advice.
Plans and practice credits
ClearTake may offer free access, a one-time Intro Pass, one-time Practice Packs, and recurring Plus access. Limits are measured by Practice, not by the number of Takes inside a Practice. The current checkout page shows the price, access period, and available limits before you confirm a purchase.
- Free access supports the limits shown in the product.
- The Intro Pass is for new users, can be purchased once, and provides up to 30 Practices during its 14-day window.
- Practice Packs provide the number of Practices shown at purchase and do not expire.
- Plus provides the number of Practices shown for each subscription period.
We may change future plans or limits. A purchase is governed by the terms shown when you buy it, subject to changes required by law.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
A recurring subscription renews until you cancel it. Canceling stops future renewals; access normally continues through the current paid period. The account area or support team can provide the available cancellation path for your plan.
Refund requests are reviewed based on the purchase, remaining access, and the circumstances described. Review the refund and billing page for the information to include. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not use ClearTake to:
- break the law, infringe another person's rights, or violate privacy;
- upload malware, abusive content, or content you cannot lawfully process;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass access and credit limits;
- copy, resell, or build a competing service from the product or its data.
We may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect users, the service, or a legal obligation. We will restore access when the reason for the restriction is resolved where appropriate.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ClearTake available, but the service may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, provider failures, or events outside our control. We do not promise that every transcript or analysis will be available for every recording.
We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top identifies the current version. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice where appropriate.
